EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
At the conclusion of this enduring material, the participant should be better able to:
- Describe epidemiology of Bolivian hemorrhagic fever and Argentine hemorrhagic fever cases and risk factors.
- Discuss clinical presentation and medical management of cases of Bolivian and Argentine hemorrhagic fevers.
- Explore South American hemorrhagic fever differential diagnosis.
- Review a public health program model for arenavirus control.
