TARGET AUDIENCE
This accredited continuing education activity is designed for frontline workers, physicians, nurses, and infection preventionists.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
At the conclusion of this enduring material, the participant should be better able to:
- Discuss the categorization of waste produced in the care of patients potentially infected with a special pathogen.
- Explain operationalization of waste management planning.
- Discuss vendor relationships for engaging internal and external stakeholders.
METHOD OF PARTICIPATION
In order to receive a certificate of completition, you must complete these steps:
- View the entire presentation,
- Complete the post-test with a score of 2 out of 3 or better,
- Complete the online evaluation,
- Submit the Completion Attestation.
